Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at supportflorven@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first β€” we cannot process returns that arrive without prior approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Please send a photo of the issue toΒ  supportflorven@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without prior approval.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different colour or product, contact us at supportflorven@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Florven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
